15 centimeters (6 inches) tall and weighing a mere 623 grams (1.3 lbs), she is significantly smaller

to dethrone the current record holder. The data suggests she might be right;
Gracie is reportedly 113 grams lighter than "Brandy," the dog
currently recognized by Guinness World Records as the smallest in the world.
A Medical Marvel?
Veterinary experts believe there may be a medical
reason for Gracie's diminutive stature. At five months old, doctors suspect
Gracie has a form of dwarfism,
as dogs of her breed typically grow to a height of around 25 centimeters. This
condition has kept her permanently puppy-sized.
Life as a Tiny Dog
Living with such a small pet comes with unique
challenges and adorable solutions. Sandra Deval explains that Gracie is so
petite she has to wear clothes designed for kittens rather than dogs.
Her size also makes her a local celebrity. Deval
notes that walks are rarely uninterrupted, as passersby frequently stop to stare

"She is unbelievably small, and everyone
stops and turns around when they see her," Deval shared.
